Click here (Remote Support) for remote online support from Landmark's support team.

 

  1. Please note that after you click on 'Remote Support' you will see a window asking you 'Do you want to run or save this file?' - please click 'Run'. 

  2. Next you will see a window asking you 'The publisher could not be verified.  Are you sure you want to run this software?' - please click 'Run'.

  3. Next you will see a window asking you to select your Remote Session #1, #2, or #3.  Please select the session the Landmark Technician has instructed you to choose.

  4. After your session has ended, any items that Landmark may have downloaded to your PC will be removed and Landmark will no longer have access to your PC unless you give us permission.
